Contact enquiries

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional business name, selected service and message. Intercounting uses this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services. Form submissions are emailed to admin@intercounting.com.

Website operation

Hostinger provides website hosting. Our email provider handles delivered enquiries. The form uses a temporary session cookie to prevent forged submissions and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit spam. Website hosting may also create access and error logs. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

Keeping your information

Enquiries are kept in our business email while needed for communication and related business records. Please do not send passwords, banking details or confidential financial documents through this form. We will agree a suitable way to exchange records when services begin.

To ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or request deletion, email admin@intercounting.com. We will consider your request alongside any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
